(More customer reviews)This book helped me start teaching first grade after teaching the intermediate grades for many years. It gives suggestions for management and for teaching. I have re-read this book over and over. Each time, I find something new because I am becoming more and more comfortable with my new grade level. This is a wonderful book for new teachers or grade-level changing teachers.
