(More customer reviews)I simply could not put this book down. The book is made up of dozens of short stories and essays about buying and selling real estate and about life and society in general (with some political spin thrown in). The author's sense of wit and timing is priceless.
Ranging from a story about walking a group of buyer's into a large mirrored master bedroom occupied by a couple in the midst of a romantic interlude to someone forgetting to move a bed-ridden family member when they moved to a story about someone pulling a gun and opening fire on the author and one of his agent's to some of the funniest things home buyers and sellers say, this book is certain to have something for anyone who has ever sold real estate, bought a home, sold a home, rented an apartment or opened a business.
Five stars!
