(More customer reviews)I purchased this book to brush up on my leadership skills and was pleasantly surprised by how much it raised my awareness on how to remove my ego in my personal dealings as well. Dr. Gluckman's concept is very enlightening. By spirit, she is not talking about religion, but about being your authentic self. According to her, if you put your ego aside and are true to your core - your spirit - you are able to say and do bold things (characteristic of great leaders) because you truly believe in them. This motivated me to focus on leading with spirit professionally as well as at home with my husband and children.
