This book is awesome! The students love reading about and trying to solve the mysteries. They get so focused on the mystery that they are suddently teaching themselves the map skills.
The stories in the book are entertaining and my class and I have had a lot of laughs during Social Studies. I highly recommend this book to teachers of Social Studies in grades four and five. It may be a little difficult for third graders and too easy for sixth grade.
