What touched me about this book is the incredible journey this family went through and they still gave God the glory, even though they didn't know what the outcome was going to be.
Tricia's writing brought to life what she was experiencing day by day while in the hospital. At times, I felt I was sitting with her holding Abby's hand.
What an encouragement this book is to me.

On December 23, 2008, Tricia Cliff (the author), her husband and four children were all involved in a terrible vehicle accident while traveling home to visit family for the holidays. All four children would end up in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of Cleveland's Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital on Christmas Day. The author began an email journal as a venue to inform family and friends. As the email thread grew...and grew, it became apparent that the author's faith, humor and tenacity during a time of great emotional and physical struggle was truly an inspiration to hundreds of readers, many of whom encouraged her to write a book. This is the product. The memoir contains all the unedited emails and hundreds of responses to those emails received from all over the world. It also includes many black and white photos. This is a wonderful book to read in order to strengthen your own faith or to give as a gift to someone who is experiencing trials of their own. Part of the proceeds of this book will go to support several charities, including- but not limited to-The Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland and West End Ministries of High Point, NC.
