(More customer reviews)I was struggling to find a couple of good presents for our 10 year old niece. She is a very smart kid, but is NOT the type of 10 year old who thinks she is 16 already. So finding something that is fun for her without being too babyish or too grown up is hard. She loved this book! We did Skype with her on her birthday, and she had already started reading through the book and learning how to talk like a pirate, as she demonstrated. She said she was looking forward to trying some of the other things in the book with her friends at her sleepover party. I'm very excited that I hit the mark - for this birthday, at least!
